Mr. Raikwar is a Post Graduate in Animal Nutrition from GB Pant University of Agri. & Tech., Pantnagar, US Nagar (UK). Mr. Raikwar has also been Research Scholar at Dairy Cattle Nutrition Department of National Dairy Research Institute (ICAR -NDRI), Karnal (Hyn). Mr. Raikwar served for the Corporate Sector for almost 16 years in various capacities in the field of Dairy Farm & Agricultural Farm Production, Research Project, Skill Development & Capacity Building and Animal Nutrition Products & Services based Business. Since 2015, he is functional as an Entrepreneur in the field of development of need based & area specific animal nutrition solutions, capacity building on Animal Husbandry aspects and Cattle Feed Manufacturing and Marketing & Sales, evolving small scale animal feed manufacturing technology and consulting animal feed industry.

Manoj Malik is Master of Agriculture in Animal Nutrition from G.B.Pant University of Agriculture & technology, Pantnagar, U.S. Nagar, (U.K.) and specialized in Animal Nutrition and Feed manufacturing technology. He has over two and half decades of experience in the Agri-Input sector of Agriculture Industry. He has been associated with different companies as D.G.M., Zonal Head positions of Sales, Marketing and Product development departments of the Company and his last assignment with DeHaat as a A.G.M.in Agri-Input Division. Mr. Malik basically belongs to a small village and farming community, so he has seen the pain areas of farmers and agriculture very closely and started this company to improve the socio economic status of farmers in the country.
