Fresh Empty Pea Peels (EPPs) contain 18.5-20% crude protein (CP), 48-57% neutral detergent fiber (NDF), 43-52% neutral detergent solubles, 24-26% cellulose and 3.9-4.0% acid detergent lignin (ADL) on DM basis and are highly nutritious. Therefore looking into EPPs’ shelf life & its nutritive quality, we have developed PEA PEEL SILAGE.
